It gives a true picture of an installation's compressed air usage and, from this, makes a precise power consumption analysis. Through a unique software program, the Measurement Box simulates the implementation of different compressors to find the most energy efficient solution for the customer.

Breathing Air And Air Quality Testing
If operators work in an environment where breathing air is used, it is essential to monitor the air regularly to ensure it complies with current COSHH regulations. Failure to comply could make companies liable to a fine or prosecution.
No matter what the quality air need, each Atlas Copco service centre is equipped to conduct quality air supply tests on customer's premises for the presence of carbon monoxide, oil and water. A testing programme can be carried out to suit the requirements of each individual site.

Leak Detection
On-site surveys are able also to highlight leaks in the air net and give an accurate calculation of their cost. A service engineer monitors a site's entire compressed air network with a purpose-built sonic detector. Any leaks found are marked and, once repaired, will lead to reduced energy consumption.
